These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the uu8j platform ("Platform") and all its services. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "uu8j" or "Platform" refers to the uu8j.lat website and all its services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any registered and active account holder on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a player's personal uu8j account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other benefits provided by uu8j.
• "Bet" refers to any amount wagered by a player in a game.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms have been prepared for players in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. In the event of any translation or interpretation, this Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative version.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

3.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your uu8j account login details fully confidential. Do not share your password with anyone and change it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or renting an account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Each account is entirely personal and may only be used by the registered individual.

3.3 KYC Verification

uu8j may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time to ensure secure transactions. In such cases, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other valid identification documents. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal being placed on hold.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved deposit methods on the uu8j platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Large withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

• Withdrawal funds must be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

uu8j follows anti-money laundering policies for all transactions. In the case of suspicious financial activity, platform authorities may conduct an investigation and suspend the account if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

uu8j offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. You must place bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit + bonus amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Restrictions may apply on which games can be played using bonus funds.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• uu8j reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and related earnings of the account in question may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP & Cashback Program

uu8j's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and applies subject to meeting the criteria for the relevant tier. uu8j reserves the right to change cashback rates and terms.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

uu8j is committed to ensuring an equal and fair gaming environment for all players. The games on the platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures the impartiality of outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in the platform's systems or software.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion or teamwork.
• Providing fraudulent or misleading information.

6.3 Technical Issues

9.2 Closure by the Player

Any player may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advisable to complete all valid balance withdrawals before closing the account.

uu8j provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. uu8j shall not be liable for the following:

• Disruption to a game session due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Loss caused by a player's own error (such as losing a password).
• Service interruption due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
• Errors in third-party software or systems.

uu8j's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the player during the relevant period.
